Terms & Conditions – 7 Hill Star Hotel

Welcome to 7 Hill Star Hotel. By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any reservations or service inquiries.


 
1. Booking & Reservations
  • All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card or advance payment.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the selected rate plan.

  • Guests must present a government-approved photo ID at check-in.


 
2. Check-in / Check-out
  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Unchecked-out guests beyond the check-out time may be charged an extra day.


 
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to one-night retention charges.

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation value.


 
4. Child & Extra Bed Policy
  • Children under 5 years stay free with existing bedding.

  • Extra beds are available on request and may incur additional charges.

  • Maximum room occupancy policies apply.


 
5. Guest Conduct
  • We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.

  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. Violation may result in fines.

  • Any damage to property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.


 
6. Privacy & Safety
  • Guest privacy is of utmost importance. Personal data is stored securely and never shared without consent.

  • 7 Hill Star Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest for safety or behavioral concerns.


 
7. Use of Hotel Facilities
  • Use of amenities such as room appliances, Wi-Fi, and other facilities is subject to hotel policies.

  • Guests are responsible for personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.


 
8. Force Majeure
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.)


 
9. Amendments
  • 7 Hill Star Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
